Who we are
Columbia SC Party Rentals is a local party and event rental company serving Columbia, South Carolina and nearby Midlands communities. We rent tents, canopies, tables, and chairs, and we handle delivery and setup so your event is ready when guests arrive.
Why we started
Good events shouldn’t be complicated. After seeing how stressful it can be to track down enough seating, tables, and shade for a backyard party or family celebration, we set out to make local rentals straightforward: tell us what you’re planning, and we’ll help you get the right gear without overspending or over-ordering. We’re proud to be part of the Columbia community and to serve our neighbors across the Midlands.

What we rent
Our focus is the essentials that make an event comfortable and functional: event tents for full coverage, pop-up canopies for flexible shade, tables for dining and serving, and chairs for seating. We help with weddings, graduation parties, backyard parties, corporate events, church events, and school events. We do not rent bounce houses or inflatables — we’d rather do a few things very well.
Where we serve
We deliver across Columbia and surrounding communities including Lexington, West Columbia, Forest Acres, Blythewood, Irmo, Cayce, and Chapin. If you’re just outside these areas, ask us — we may still be able to help.
